The Balkan History Association has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Faculty of Political Sciences (FPS), Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey, with its four departments that provide education in three different languages (Turkish, English and French) and conduct high-quality research. The purpose of this agreement is to develop academic and educational co-operation in the field of contemporary history of the Balkans.
