The “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës from Albania (UAMD) and the Balkan History Association from Romania (BHA), recognizing the benefits to their respective institutions from the establishment of this international collaboration, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the purpose of developing an academic and educational cooperation and of promoting the history and culture of Albania and Romania.
