The “Konstantin Preslavsky” University of Shumen from Bulgaria (SHU), which offers modern facilities for education, scientific research and creative work, and the Balkan History Association from Romania (BHA) signed a Cooperation Agreement to establish a program of exchange and collaboration in areas of benefit to both organizations.
The Agreement was signed by the Rector of the “Konstantin Preslavsky” University of Shumen, Prof. Dr. Georgi Kolev and the President of the Balkan History Association, Dr. Mihai Dragnea on March 14, 2019.
